Problems at work

We spend much of our lives working. Most of the time that goes well. Yet it's not strange when things don't go well for a while. Sometimes there are problems at work, such as a labor dispute or an illness. Even if you are self-employed, you may experience problems. It is good to know what is possible.

What would you like to know more about?

Labor dispute

A labor dispute involves problems at work with, for example, a co-worker or a supervisor. Talk about it with someone, such as the company's confidential advisor, or a human resources advisor. Is the conflict preventing you from doing your job properly? Or does it make you feel very tense? Then make an appointment with the company's occupational health physician.

Are the problems unresolvable with talk and you need legal advice? Check the Legal Help Desk website for advice, tips and sample letters you can use.
