Starting a Hospitality Business
If you’re starting a hospitality business, you’ll always need an operating license. If you serve alcoholic beverages, you’ll also need a liquor license. The authorities will also assess whether the establishment meets the facility requirements.
Events
If you want to serve and sell alcohol during an event, you need a license.
If you are organizing a party or event at your hospitality business, you may want to temporarily adjust your hours of operation for that occasion. In that case, you should apply to the municipality for an exemption to stay open later.
