Lost or found items
Have you found something or lost something in the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo? Report it at verlorenofgevonden.nl.
- In some cases, you can keep the item at home; please indicate this when you file the report. The municipality can also store it; in that case, please turn it in to us.
- If you find a passport orMap , youMap alwaysMap in to the municipality. This also applies to a found driver’s license. Since these documents are government property, the person who finds them is not allowed to keep them at home.
- If you think the item has been stolen, file a report with the police.
Have you lost your ID card or passport?
In that case, you can report the loss of your travel document online; this is called a loss report. This report is necessary to prevent misuse of your old travel document and to allow you to apply for a new one with us. You do not need to file a police report. Pick up a found item
If the municipality is holding your item, you can pick it up at the town hall in Geldrop. Please bring a valid form of identification. You are also required to prove that you are the owner of the lost item.
