Building or remodeling

Do you want to build, remodel or demolish something? Cut down a tree in your yard? Put up a billboard at your business? You may need an environmental permit to do so.

Omgevingswet

On Jan. 1, 2024, the Omgevingswet went into effect. This changes things in the procedures of permits and zoning plans. The Omgevingswet merges all rules for the living environment into one law.

Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb).

Along with the Omgevingswet , the Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb) was also introduced.

Sewer connection request

Is your property not connected to the sewer system? Request a connection from the municipality here.

Monument remodeling, repair or maintenance

If you want to remodel, repair, modify or demolish a monument, you usually need an environmental permit.

Tree felling permit

A tree may not be cut down just like that. You may have to apply for an environmental permit.

Traffic order waiver

Is it necessary for you to get a waiver (temporarily) on a traffic decision that has been made? You can apply for a waiver here.
