Adjust opening hours of catering industry once
What is it?
If you are organizing a party or event in your catering business, you may want to adjust the opening hours for this once. You then apply for an exemption from the municipality to be allowed to be open longer.
What to do.
Apply for exemption from closing time
You apply for a waiver with the municipality at least 8 weeks in advance. Please provide the following information with your application:
- your name and the name of the supervisor
- name and address of your catering establishment
- why you want to be open longer
- on which day(s) you want to be open longer
- until what time you want to be open
How long does it take?
You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the waiver.
Objecting
Do you disagree with the municipality's decision? Then you can object within 6 weeks.
