View or request construction file or construction drawing
What is it?
You can request copies of construction drawings of existing structures from the municipality. A copy of a construction drawing is important if you want to know, for example, whether you can remodel a house.

Many construction files are digital in our archives and can be sent to you digitally. If a construction file is not yet digital, it will be scanned and sent to you digitally. There are search and scan costs associated with this work.

How long does it take?
Most drawings (and other attachments) are available digitally and are sent by e-mail. For this we often use the service 'WeTransfer'. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link, with which you can download your copies. This link is valid for seven days.
For drawings yet to be digitized, there is a longer handling time, because files must be requested first. These drawings are scanned and then sent digitally. Please allow for a handling time of approximately two weeks.
Applications are processed in order of receipt. In case of heavy traffic, you may have to wait longer for the requested documents.
