Training MEE
For vulnerable children, social skills do not always come naturally. Sometimes they need coaching in this. MEE's social skills training is a good tool where children can learn with each other and from each other.
The training is designed for children ages 7-9 and 10-12 who have difficulty with social skills. Through conversations, play activities and exercises, the children can share experiences and feelings with each other and various themes are discussed. These include themes such as bullying, setting boundaries, saying no, emotions and making and maintaining friends.
The training consists of eight meetings and is in Geldrop. Participation costs nothing. The training would start in January, but because of the lockdown we are in, it is not yet clear when it can be given again. You can already register your child. Fill out the registration form and send it to servicepunt@meedemeentgroep.nl. For more information, visit the MEE website.
