Municipal Clerk’s Office

The Municipal Clerk’s Office supports the City Council. You can come here with any questions about the Municipal Council. The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office consists of the clerk, Wim Geboers and two committee clerks: Dorine Yntema and Rian Cuijten. The City Council is the employer of the Municipal Clerk’s Offices Office.

What does the Municipal Clerk’s Office do?

An important duty of the Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office is to prepare and work out meetings and other activities of the City Council. The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office also provides information to and from council members. The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the council and assists in the proper performance of its duties. The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office is separate from the municipal organization, but works closely with it.
