Draft request for deviation from environmental plan
Do you want to build or remodel? Demolish? Construct a driveway? Change the use of a building or land? Cut down a tree? Change a monument? You may need an environmental permit.
Always first do the "permit check" on the Environment Desk website.
You will usually know after that whether you need a permit.
Not sure? Then you can ask a legal advisor or legal consulting firm for advice on your plans.
You can also ask the municipality for advice. We do this by means of a "concept request". This does incur costs.
This draft request is similar to what used to be called the "preliminary consultation" or "request in principle".
Request draft request
You send the municipality the necessary information digitally through the new "Environment Desk" of the Omgevingswet https:omgevingswet
Under the question "Do you want to submit your requests final or as a draft request?" select "Draft request.

Then the municipality will evaluate your plans on the following components:
- the municipal environmental plan;
- other spatial aspects;
- reasonable standards of appearance;
- if applicable, the social domain.
Finally, we will send you a written response with advice.
A draft request is not mandatory. But for larger or complicated plans, it is useful. You will thus prevent us from (partially) refusing the requested permit. Ultimately, this prevents your plans from slowing down and/or becoming more expensive.
What does it cost?
Depending on the construction sum and complexity, € 131.50 or € 552.30will be charged for the treatment.
