Green spaces and residual land purchases
What is it?
If there is a piece of public land on the side front and/or back of your property (house, garden or land), it may be possible to buy it under certain Requirements . You can then add this public green space to your own land. It is also possible to rent the land under certain Requirements .
What to do.
You supply with the application:
- A situation sketch of the land and the plans you have with it.
- A clear drawing (cadastral) of the piece of land in question.
How does it work?
Requirements include:
- The greenbelt or residual land is adjacent to your property (garden, house or land).
- The land is not adjacent to a large public space, where a row of houses overlooks or where there are parking lots.
- There are no traffic concerns.
- Planting is not part of the Green Policy Plan.
- The land has no clear urban planning function.
- Information is requested regarding cables and pipes.
What does it cost?
The prices below apply to plots smaller than 1000 m2.
- € 139, - per m2 for ground strips on the side or rear of the house.
- € 89,- per m2 for ground strips in front of the building line except for the driveway.
- € 39 per m2 for land strips used as driveways.
All additional costs are for the buyer.
The prices below apply to plots larger than 1000 m2
- € 89, - per m2 for ground strips on the side facade or rear of the house.
- € 89,- per m2 for ground strips in front of the building line except for the driveway.
- € 39 per m2 for ground strips from 10 meters before the grub line
- € 39 per m2 for land strips used as driveways.
All additional costs are for the buyer.
