Memo on the exemption from closing hours for NL World Cup matches NL

The FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 through June 19, 2026, in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Showing matches featuring the Dutch national team at events

On June 21, the Beachvolley event will take place in Geldrop and the Pitpop event in Mierlo. Both organizers have requested permission to set up TV screens to show the match during the designated time slots for their events. In our permit approvals, we have granted permission for both events to set up screens to show the match at 7:00 p.m.
