How does it work?

The municipality wants to improve the quality of building facades in downtown Geldrop. In doing so, it will take the following into account: 

  • Your ideas as an entrepreneur and/or property owner.
  • The existing facade and the building's original design.
  • The Geldrop City Center Visual Quality Plan, the Geldrop City Center Advertising Policy, and the implementation rules for outdoor seating areas.

Important to know: 

  • The regulation applies only to the shopping district in downtown Geldrop.
  • The program will continue until the available budget is exhausted.
