Urgency (priority) for social rental housing

Do you need housing urgently? Has an emergency arisen that prevents you from continuing to live in your current home? Is it truly urgent, and do you believe there are no other solutions? If so, you may be eligible for urgent housing assistance. You can submit a request to apply for priority housing. Medical urgency under the Wmo

Social urgency

Are you moving from a care facility to live independently with support? Or are you leaving a facility where you were staying due to relationship problems or domestic violence? If so, you may be eligible to apply for housing on a priority basis. You can submit an application to the municipality. We will then review your situation. Medical emergency (not covered by the Wmo)

Are you unable to continue living in your current home due to a physical, psychological, or psychiatric condition? And has an emergency situation arisen through no fault of your own, preventing you from staying with someone else even temporarily?
