Geldrop-Mierlo Economic Platform

The platform meets regularly. In doing so, it performs various tasks:

• Strengthening the business climate: working to create an attractive and future-proof business environment for companies.  
• Identifying opportunities and challenges: Entrepreneurs provide their input so that problems and opportunities can be brought to the attention of Map and translated into actions or policy recommendations. 
• Implementing projects: the platform takes up initiatives that stimulate the local economy, such as improving business parks, sustainability, innovation, and promoting the municipality. 
• Recommendation to the municipality: The platform serves as a sounding board for the Alderman economy and other policymakers. 
• Connection and collaboration: it brings entrepreneurs and the municipality together and encourages collaboration between local businesses and organizations.
