Spatial vision of Zesgehuchten
Big changes are in the pipeline in Zesgehuchten. The semi-detached houses at Josephinehof are seriously outdated and are being replaced. The Jozef school is also in need of replacement. These tasks provide an opportunity to take a broader look at the surroundings.
Therefore, over the next few months we are working together with Woonbedrijf, Stichting Toekomstvisie Kern Zesgehuchten and design firm Verhoeven | De Ruijter on an area vision. This vision will focus on the area outlined below. This vision also includes opportunities to improve the neighborhood. For example, more space for meeting, improving traffic safety, preventing flooding, and strengthening the green character of the neighborhood.
Invitation to residents' evening June 25, 2025
We are at the beginning of this process and would like to invite you to share your ideas, concerns and wishes with us.
The evening consists of two sessions:
- A session for direct residents of the Josephine Court (Papenvoort 1-57 and Guild Street) from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
- A session for other local residents and residents of Zesgehuchten from 8:30-22:00 p.m.
Location: Town Hall Geldrop-Mierlo, De Meent 2, Geldrop

- Welcome by the Alderman and explanation of the reason and task of the area vision
- Brief explanation of developments and initial spatial analysis of the area
- In conversation with each other in smaller groups
