Protesting is a fundamental right. To ensure the protest runs smoothly, you are required to notify the municipality in advance. Submit your notification at least 48 hours before the protest begins. Notifying the municipality of a protest or demonstration is free of charge.

When should you report it?
You must register the demonstration 48 hours before it begins and before you announce it on social media.
Demonstrating on weekends or on recognized holidays:
- Are you holding a demonstration on Friday afternoon or over the weekend? Please register the demonstration no later than Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
- For recognized holidays, you must notify us two business days before the date and time of the demonstration.
