Fair in Geldrop
From September 6 to 10, the fair will be in the center of Geldrop at the event grounds De Meent, Heuvel and Marktplein.
Fairground opening hours:
Saturday, September 6, 1 p.m. - 00 a.m.
Sunday, September 7, 1 p.m. - 00 a.m.
Monday, Sept. 8, 2 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 10, 1 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Traffic congestion on and off site.
Starting at 4 p.m. on September 3, the fairgrounds will be built up. You cannot park inside the barrier from 4 p.m. onwards. Between September 10, 10:00 p.m. and September 11, 4:00 p.m., the fairgrounds on the Hill and Market Square will be dismantled. The Meent will be dismantled on September 11 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
During those times, local residents may experience some inconvenience from the building and dismantling of attractions. The dismantling of attractions on De Meent may not take place after 11 p.m. and no earlier than 7 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 8 p.m. The grounds will be free of attractions again.
Road closures
Attractions will be placed at the market square on the Hill, De Meent and at the Horecaplein. The market square and De Meent will be closed to traffic. This also applies to part of the Horecaplein. Residents can drive in and out of their street (preferably outside the opening hours of the fair).
Weekly market
On Wednesday afternoon, September 10, the traditional carnival market will be held on Dommeldalweg. The parking lots at Machinaal and Bezorgershof will remain in use. Residents of the Burght neighborhood can reach their homes normally via Vincentiusstraat. We ask you not to park cars on the Dommeldalseweg and the parking lot in front of the former post office starting Wednesday morning at 06:00.
Underground containers
The underground containers will remain in use.
