The decision list of the public college meeting of September 16, 2025, is adopted as presented.

Advisory note Enexis - Industriepark 8a and Gijzenrooiseweg-Bogardeind

Enexis Netbeheer BV (hereinafter Enexis) intends to install two transformer stations near Industriepark 8a and on the corner of Gijzenrooiseweg and Bogardeind in Geldrop. The land is still owned by the municipality and Enexis wishes to acquire ownership of this land. Two draft purchase agreements have been drawn up for this purpose.

The college decides:
1. To approve the purchase agreements as per the attached drafts.
2. To agree to the encroachment on the green structure for the sake of the new transformer stations.

Advisory Note Participation Plan Environment Plan

In the Memorandum of Principles for the Environmental Plan (Genoenhuis subarea) adopted earlier by your college, your college expressed its support for a compact participation process that focuses primarily on informing residents and other stakeholders. These principles were further explained and specifically described in a participation plan.

The college decides to approve the attached Participation Plan for the Geldrop-Mierlo Environmental Plan (Genoenhuis subarea).

Advisory Note Decision on Objection.

Requests were made to remove personal data from the municipality's systems. These requests were not processed because the identity of the applicant could not be properly established. This decision has been objected to. This advisory memorandum serves to make a decision on that objection.

The College decides In accordance with the opinion of the Objections Committee to uphold the contested decision.

Advisory memorandum Supplementing policy development of gable and tree-ground gardens

In early 2025, a situation first became known where a business owner wanted to add plantings in front of the facade of his business premises. The tree and façade garden policy seemed very suitable for this with minor adjustments. Greening the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo is not only important for residents but also for our consumers and visitors. By means of this addition to the existing policy we can make tree and facade gardens possible for entrepreneurs and other users and thus welcome visitors to our municipality in green.

The College decides:
1. To adopt the first amendment to the policy regarding tree and façade gardens.
2. To adopt the amended agreement for the use of façade or tree gardens.

DGG questions about rat nuisance in center of Geldrop

DGG has received article 36 questions about (possible) rat nuisance in the center of Geldrop. Attached an official response to the questions.

The College decides:
1. To approve the attached response to SAMEN's written questions.
2. To forward the response to the council through the Municipal Clerk’s Office .

Advisory note extending contract for health and safety services until 1-1-2027

On January 1, 2022, we entered into cooperation with health and safety service ArboNed for the duration of 2 years, with the option to extend the agreement up to 2 times 2 years. The current agreement ends on January 1, 2026. It is proposed to extend the agreement for the duration of 1 year (until 1-1-2027)

The college decides:
1. To approve the extension of the framework agreement on health and safety services for the duration of 1 year (1-1-2026 to 1-1-2027).
2. To grant a mandate to the Director of Service Dommelvallei to communicate the extension, including the further (administrative) handling thereof, with ArboNed.
