Your challenge
- As a Youth Client Advisor, you will provide customized support and guidance for parenting and growing up issues, behavioral problems and situations surrounding divorce.
- You will work with families and youth on a support plan, leveraging their social network and opportunities for self-sufficiency.
- You will indicate, if necessary, specialist Health and liaise with relevant parties such as schools and healthcare institutions.
- You will contribute to integral cooperation within the municipality, focusing on connection and collaboration between the various teams and external organizations.
- Attendance on Fridays is a requirement.

The Youth Team, which you will be joining, consists of enthusiastic colleagues who work together to provide families and young people with the right support. Our common drive is to help children grow up safe and healthy in an environment that supports them.
What can you expect from us
- A salary of up to €5,096 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek, depending on education and experience (salary level as of July 1, 2026).
- Individual choice budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary.
- Variable working hours.
- Favorable pension fund and compensation for furnishing your home office.
- You will also have access to a phone and laptop, and electric bicycles are available for work appointments.
- An employment contract for the duration of one year with the prospect of permanent employment.
Who are you
You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong and have good analytical skills. You have experience in a similar position, knowledge of the Youth Act and a higher professional level, for example Social Work. An SKJ registration is required, as well as knowledge of the social Map of Geldrop-Mierlo. You are culturally sensitive and enjoy working with both internal teams and external partners to achieve the best results for families.
