Build five new schools

The municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo plans to build five new school buildings in Geldrop and Mierlo over the next few years. These include new buildings for the Dommeldalschool and Beneden Beekloopschool in the Skandia neighborhood, the Jozefschool in Zesgehuchten, the Van der Puttschool and Vijfblad at the Linze location, De Kersentuin in Mierlo, and the Puur Sang schools at the Loeswijk location. According to the municipality, the old school buildings are severely outdated. That is why the municipality has opted for new construction rather than renovation.
