We are looking for a committee member who is willing to serve in an independent capacity to advise on the handling of appeals and complaints. Are you someone who enjoys listening, asking probing questions, and advocating for careful and proper government action? If so, we would love to speak with you.
What does the Social Chamber do?

What does the Complaints Committee do?
The composition of the Complaints Committee is the same as that of the Social Chamber. The Complaints Committee is responsible for handling and advising on complaints in the first-instance complaint-handling process. The complaint procedure is based on Chapter 9 of the General Administrative Law Act (Awb). It provides accessible, supplementary legal protection for complainants who believe that (a person acting under the authority of) an administrative body has behaved improperly toward them or another person in a particular matter.

Your responsibilities
