Registration designation political group, We are Geldrop-Mierlo

This decision was made on the basis of Article G3 of the Elections Act. The designation was registered at the request of the political group Wij zijn Geldrop-Mierlo (We are Geldrop-Mierlo).

Interested parties may appeal against this decision. This can be done on the basis of Article 8:1 of the General Administrative Law Act and Article G5, first paragraph, of the Elections Act. The appeal must be submitted to the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State (Postbus , 2500 EA The Hague). You must submit the appeal within 6 days of the date on which this decision was published in the Municipal Gazette. The appeal must state: your name and address, the date against which you are appealing, and your reasons for doing so. The appeal must be signed in accordance with Article 6:5 of the General Administrative Law Act. If you lodge an appeal, you will be required to pay court fees.
