4 | College proposal technical adjustment white goods regulationOn October 21, 2025, your college approved the White Goods Provision Policy 2025. After further investigation, there appears to be a technical imperfection in the current version of the policy rules provision of white goods Geldrop-Mierlo 2025. Through this proposal we are asked to correct this. The policy rules have not yet been published, and therefore are not yet in force. The College decides to revoke the Policy Rules for Provision of White Goods Geldrop Mierlo 2025 as adopted on October 21, 2025 and to adopt the new version Policy Rules for Provision of White Goods Geldrop Mierlo 2025 (Annex 1). | |
5 | Advisory note Results of research into a heat grid in CoeveringThe Dutch government has determined that homes should no longer be heated with natural gas by 2050. Municipalities have the task of providing clarity on the most suitable alternative to natural gas. Research has taken place into the technical and financial feasibility of a heat network in Coevering. This advisory memorandum discusses the results of this research. The college decides: | |
6 | Advisory note on energy guides heat transition Kerkakkers and CoeveringThe Dutch government has determined that homes should no longer be heated with natural gas by 2050. It is now clear that buildings in Kerkakkers and Coevering will be heated by means of a full electric heat pump in the future. To give homeowners an action perspective, customized energy guides were created for these neighborhoods to guide them through the sustainability process. The college decides: | |
7 | Advisory note Final direction of governance and steeringSince 2019, the Geldrop-Mierlo organization has been developing into an agile organization that integrally responds to social issues and is in control. In 2020, this resulted in a modified organizational structure and further professionalization was worked on from four development tracks. Within the development track Working with programs, the question arose in 2023 whether the - at the time - current method of control was sufficient for the control of programs. This led, within the development track Managing and steering, to an evaluation of the steering method. The result was an experimental garden aimed at a hybrid form of steering for both line and program activities. The pilot project has now been completed and, based on the results, a final decision must now be taken regarding the future method of steering the organization. The College decides to approve: | |
