6 | Memorandum Addressing Questions Regarding the Lack of Enforcement of the Children's Halloween Event in Coevering In its response, the municipal executive emphasized, on the one hand, that it values the annual children’s Halloween event because of its positive contribution to the quality of life and social cohesion in the neighborhood. On the other hand, it clarified that the responsibility for ensuring the event proceeds safely and orderly lies, in principle, with the organizer. 7 | Policy Memorandum: Adoption of the Final Priority List for Housing Construction in Geldrop-Mierlo As is well known, our region is facing grid congestion. Starting October 1, we must therefore submit applications for electricity for residential construction projects we intend to carry out over the next 10 years; this is known as “early application.” To determine the order of these applications, policy guidelines were previously established. These guidelines govern the submission, evaluation, and ranking of housing projects for inclusion on a priority list. These policy guidelines have now been finalized, and the draft priority lists for our municipality have been established. The final step is to finalize the definitive priority lists. This advisory memorandum presents these final priority lists. |
