3	Advisory Memorandum on the Executive Board’s Proposal Regarding Article 36: Questions Regarding De Dreef The DGG political group has submitted questions under Article 36 regarding the De Dreef community center. This proposal requests the municipal executive’s approval to respond to the questions so that the answers can be forwarded to the Municipal Clerk’s Office.
4	Advisory Memorandum on the Decision Regarding Objections to the Vlier 11-13 Commercial Units On March 30, 2026, your council granted an environmental permit for the development of 18 commercial units at Vlier 11-13 in Geldrop. This environmental permit involves a deviation from the rules set forth in the environmental plan, as it deviates from the maximum building height and the prescribed location of the proposed structures. On May 12, 2026, two objections were filed by local residents. As a result, a hearing was held on June 29, 2026, before the Objections Committee (hereinafter: the committee). The objectors explained their objections orally. The committee recommended that the objections be declared admissible but unfounded. In accordance with the committee’s recommendation, a decision on the objections may be made.
5	Policy Memorandum: Article 36 Questions Regarding Support for the Stadteland Initiative Fund The "Wij Zijn Geldrop-Mierlo/VVD" party has submitted questions under Article 36 regarding public support for the Stadteland Initiative Fund.
6	Advisory Memorandum on the Executive Board’s Proposal for the RIB Quarterly Report on the WBI for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2026 Each quarter, we update the council on the progress of the housing construction stimulus grant through a council information letter containing a quarterly report. Due to other priorities, we were unable to present the report for the first quarter to the council earlier. Therefore, we have now prepared a quarterly report covering the first and second quarters of 2026.
7	Policy Memorandum: DGG’s Questions Regarding Article 36 on the Current Status of the Refugee Reception Framework and Legal Obligations In response to the council information letters from last May and August, the DGG caucus asked questions under Article 36 regarding the current status of refugee reception and statutory obligations.
