Gapph is temporarily managing the former town hall in Mierlo
Until the redevelopment of the former town hall at Dorpsstraat 210 in Mierlo begins, Gapph will be responsible for the temporary management of the property. The municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo owns the building and is working with Gapph to prevent it from standing vacant.
Gapph provides space for entrepreneurs who wish to work in the building on a temporary basis. These entrepreneurs are carefully selected and supported. Gapph oversees the building and is regularly on site to conduct inspections, perform maintenance, and address questions from users and nearby residents.
Property manager Guy Lemmens is the point of contact for day-to-day management. Neighbors can contact him with questions about the temporary use of the building. Under this temporary management arrangement, the property remains in use, ensuring that the building is well-maintained and that the neighborhood remains a pleasant environment.
