3	Advisory Memorandum: Response to Questions Under Article 36 of the DGG DGG has raised questions under Article 36 regarding the implementation of the play area plan.
4	Policy Memorandum - BOB Enforcement Request Regarding Noise Disturbances from Heating The municipal council was asked to take enforcement action against the nuisance caused by the operation of a wood gasifier. After a thorough investigation, the request for enforcement was denied. An objection was filed against this decision. This advisory memorandum will serve as the basis for deciding on this objection.
5	Advisory Memorandum on the Decision on an Appeal—Extension of the Eligibility Period On March 26, 2026, following a request to that effect, an order subject to a penalty was issued to remedy various violations, including the lack of adequate stormwater retention. The grace period associated with this order has been extended. An objection was filed against this extension decision. This advisory memorandum serves as the basis for the decision on this objection.
6	Policy Memorandum: Questions Regarding Article 36—De Dreef The DGG political group has submitted questions under Article 36 regarding the De Dreef community center. This proposal requests the municipal executive’s approval to respond to the questions so that the answers can be forwarded to the Municipal Clerk’s Office.
7	Policy Paper on the Administrative Mandate for Business Parks and Work Sites The management assignment is the steering tool for working on a project. It sets out clear agreements on exactly what will be done, why, with whom, and with what resources. Clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the assignment can always refer back to it. An administrative mandate has also been formulated for the challenge of business parks and work sites and will be submitted to the municipal executive.
