PlusTeam

The PlusTeam offers voluntary help to residents of the municipalities Geldrop-Mierlo and Waalre who have been referred by the CMD or Safe Home. The PlusTeam works from the idea: 1 household - 1 plan. Together with the family, the PlusTeam keeps the overview and directs where necessary, but does not take over. The goal is that residents can continue their lives as independently as possible.

Role of the PlusTeam employee

The PlusTeam always involves several employees. It depends on your request for help whether the PlusTeam provides the assistance itself or supports you in finding the most suitable help for you.

Safe Home Reporting Code

The "Compulsory Reporting Code for Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Act" has been in place since 2013. That law means that all organizations working with children and adults must have a reporting code. The PlusTeam also adheres to that reporting code.

Privacy

The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) provides general rules about privacy. All employees have a duty of confidentiality.
