The starting point of the PlusTeam is that we do not talk about, but with the family members together; they are the ones who should have all the information that concerns them. In practice this means that we will not provide substantive information if the person concerned is not present.
Nowadays, e-mail is also often used as a means of sharing information. Again, only if the persons concerned are included in the mail will the PlusTeam respond to it with content.

Applications go through the CMD; it is not possible to apply directly to the PlusTeam. The PlusTeam can submit an "application for provision" to the municipality; they make the final decision on allocation. The care provider, together with the relevant family (member), is responsible for requesting an extension in a timely manner. This requires an evaluation report and an evaluation interview after which the PlusTeam - if indicated - will make a new request for provision.
