The employees of the PlusTeam do their job to the best of their ability. Nevertheless, it may happen that you feel you have not been treated correctly. Discuss it with the employee or send an email to the management of the PlusTeam: info@plusteam.nu. The latter will then contact you to organize a joint discussion with you, the employee(s) concerned and the PlusTeam management.

If you are then not satisfied with the treatment, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee. To do so, go to the webpage submit complaint and then tick PlusTeam. The secretary of the complaints committee will then contact you for further handling.
