Appeals Committee Meeting
On Monday, May 11, 2026, the Appeals Committee will convene at City Hall for a public hearing.
On the agenda are the following matters for consideration at a public hearing:
6:30 pm:
The appeal against the municipal executive’s decision of January 26, 2026, to reject a request for enforcement regarding the construction of a horse stable, the keeping of horses, and the presence of a manure storage facility on Hekelstraat in Mierlo without a permit or in violation of a permit.
7:15 p.m.:
The objections filed against the municipal council’s decision of February 26, 2026, to establish a general disabled parking space on Vestingwal near house number 31.
