Appeals Committee Meeting
On Monday, April 20, 2026, the Appeals Committee will convene at City Hall for a public hearing.
On the agenda are the following matters for consideration at a public hearing:
- 6:30 p.m.: The appeal against the municipal executive’s decision of December 4, 2025, to impose an order subject to a penalty for non-compliance regarding a heating or cooling system at Jutland 8 in Mierlo
- 7:00 p.m.: The appeal against the municipal executive’s decision of January 6, 2026, to grant an environmental permit for the removal of six oak trees on Mierloseweg near numbers 4 through 6, 156, and 162.
