Appeals Committee Meeting
On Monday, March 16, 2026, the Appeals Committee will meet in the town hall during a public hearing.
On the agenda are the following matters for consideration at a public hearing:
6:30 pm:
The objection against the council decision of December 18, 2025, to grant a permit as referred to in Article 66b of the Burial Act, for the purpose of designating the St. Jozef cemetery in Geldrop and the H. Lucia cemetery in Mierlo as permanent scattering grounds for the scattering of ashes.
7 pm:
The objection against the council decision of January 7, 2026, to grant an environmental permit for the felling of four trees on the green strip opposite Nuenenseweg 165 in Geldrop.
