Proposal cooperation agreement Fine neighborhood make together

For the Coevering neighborhood program, it is important to get more in touch with residents. It is also important that residents participate in the planning and implementation. Together with us and other parties, the GGD is researching the residents in the neighborhood. Who lives there? What motivates them and what hinders them from participating? This involves participation in the process, but also changes in behavior. For this research, the GGD applied for and was granted a subsidy by ZonMw. The research has a duration of March 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025 (16 months). One of the Requirements of the grant is that all cooperating parties enter into an agreement. The cooperation agreement contains agreements on the mutual arrangements between the parties, the organization of the project work, the project management and the use and dissemination of the results.

The college decides to approve the attached agreement for the study: "A fine neighborhood is what you make together" in the Coevering.

Support letter on directing the subsurface

Municipal governance of the subsurface is under pressure. On the initiative of the municipalities of Leiden and Eindhoven, a letter has been addressed to the State Secretary of Infrastructure and Water Management (IenW), Ms. Heijnen. The letter was co-signed by 8 other municipalities. The tenor of the letter is also of interest to us. Because of this importance, our umbrella organization in the field of cables and pipes, the GPKL, has asked its members to support this initiative.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the letter regarding municipal direction on the subsoil.
2. To authorize Alderman H. van de Laar to co-sign the letter.
