Advisory note repealing policy rules GR SenzerOn October 17, 2022, the City Council voted (unanimously) to approve the college's proposal to update the Senzer Joint Arrangement. In addition, the college received permission from the City Council to enter into a GR on the basis of delegation. Meanwhile, all executive tasks in the field of participation described in this common regulation are carried out on the basis of delegation by the DB and AB of this GR. Policy rules remain from the past, which in the "old" situation were established by the Municipal Executive. This situation has now changed and thus the 'old' policy rules have lost their function. The college is therefore advised to withdraw them. The College decides: |

Recommendation implementation plan SUWIOne of the requirements of the amended SUWI Act (Work and Income Structure and Implementation Organization Act) is that each labor market region draw up a joint implementation plan (with UWV and WSP). The requirement is that this implementation plan is updated annually and that it is adopted by the participating municipalities in our labor market region. The implementation plan provides an overview of the agreements, actions and points for attention in the field of employer services in our labor market region. An advice of the same purport will be presented in the same college meeting to the colleges participating in our labor market region of the municipalities of Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren. College proposal Grant 2023 Weeff factory foundationFor 2023, the Weeffabriek Foundation submitted a grant request, which arrived late to our organization. As a result, the total amount requested was not included in the municipal budget for 2023. As a result, only part of the requested subsidy is currently available. To prevent the foundation from having liquidity problems, it is recommended that a provisional decision be issued and disbursed now. This will still allow the foundation to meet its payment obligations as much as possible. In the coming months talks will be held with the foundation to see in what (realistic) way savings can be made so that the operating subsidy for 2023 can be less than what the foundation has applied for. This will be the subject of direction with your college. The college decides to approve a decision of € 136,000 (as included in the municipal budget) to Foundation Cultural Center Weeffabriek, in order for it to continue its activities in the coming year and stay out of liquidity problems. |
