Advisory note tolerance decision crisis emergency shelter De Weijer sports hallThere is an acute and urgent need in the region for the reception of 150 asylum seekers. The municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo is willing to accommodate this group in sports hall the Weijer in Mierlo. It concerns a temporary emergency shelter for the period of October 5, 2022 until October 26, 2022. This is provided with the present permit decision. The college decides to take a tolerance decision for temporary crisis emergency shelter in sports hall de Weijer in Mierlo in accordance with the attached tolerance decision. |

Advisory note on appeal of BUIG allocation 2019-2021Over the vacation period, Senzer was informed of the outcome of an appeal against BUIG funding for 2019, 2020 and 2021. The court ruled that the registered appeal was declared unfounded. In order not to lose litigation rights, it was chosen at that time to inform colleges by letter and to file pro forma appeals in advance. The advisors in this case (Berenschot, Nysingh Advocaten) now indicate that the chances of trial on appeal are slim, however. Therefore, Senzer seems wise to withdraw the pro forma appeal by college decision and prepare a joint response in the Senzer Executive Board. College Decision:

Advisory note Appeal procedure BUIG allocation 2022In the fall of 2021, the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo objected to the provisional BUIG allocation for the year 2022. In the decision on objection against the BUIG allocation for the year 2022, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment ruled that no shortcomings are found. This decision on objection is open to the path of an appeal to the court. This concerns virtually the same procedure as in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The advice to the colleges of Senzer's municipalities is to appeal this as well and act together with these municipalities. College Decision:

Board proposal adjustment Special Assistance Policy Rules Participation ActBecause of an objection rejection energy allowance, it has become visible that there is a discrepancy in the Beleidsregels bijzondere bijstand Participatiewet 2020 Geldrop- Mierlo. Schulinck has advised to make a textual adjustment in the Policy Rules so that there can no longer be any confusion about this. CURRENT Article 9, paragraph 4: The means referred to in Article 31 paragraph 2 of the Act shall not be regarded as income. ADAPTATION: Article 9, paragraph 4: Resources mentioned in article 31 paragraph 2Pw are released, apart from the resources mentioned in paragraph 3. After adoption of the present textual adaptation 'Beleidsregels bijzondere bijstand Participatiewet 2020 Geldrop-Mierlo' these will be published in the prescribed manner. College Decision:

Advisory note GM Hybrid workingThrough corona, we have experienced the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of working from home. With those experiences, we are giving hybrid working a structural place in working at our organizations. The components of hybrid working that relate to working from home are further elaborated here, including in the form of a compensation arrangement. In doing so, we will of course give substance to the obligations we have as an employer. The college decides to adopt the Scheme of Hybrid Working at Geldrop-Mierlo. |

College proposal RIB Feedback climate ambitionsOn September 5, 2022, the Space Committee discussed the climate ambitions based on the questionnaires completed by the council groups. A commitment was made in this session to provide feedback to the council groups on all the input collected. The attached council information letter fulfills this commitment and also briefly zooms in on the input per sub area (water, heat, drought and spatial developments). Finally, the council is informed that the detailed climate policy plan and agenda will be presented to the Space Committee and the council for adoption in January 2023 and February 2023, respectively. The college decides to approve the attached council information letter 'Feedback on climate ambitions following image-forming session committee space of September 5, 2022. |
