Process Proposal Highland Games

On Sunday, August 7, a terrible accident occurred during the Highland Games. In this accident, a visitor to the castle garden was killed.
It is important to find answers to the many questions that are coming up. Therefore, in addition to the investigation taking place from the police/OM, it was decided to have a learning evaluation/process analysis conducted by an external independent organization on behalf of the municipality. The COT Institute for Security and Crisis Management has submitted a quotation for this purpose.

College Decision:

  1. Have the Highland Games process analysis conducted by the COT Institute for Safety and Crisis Management
  2. To have the guidance of the implementation of the process analysis in the municipal organization facilitated by the municipal secretary, Nick Scheltens
  3. To account for the cost of the process analysis of €21,450 in the 2nd interim report.
