Advisory note Amendment plan 4 homes Loeswijk

On the street Loeswijk lies a vacant terrain. On this terrain the realization of 4 houses is possible with an amendment plan. 3/4 of the land is owned by the municipality and 1/4 is owned by a private owner. An amendment plan has been drawn up to make the construction of four houses possible.

The college decides:
1. To agree with the responses to the views;
2. To agree with the image quality plan;
3. To agree with the official changes;
4. In view of the provisions of Article 6.12, second paragraph, of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for this plan;
5. To adopt the amendment plan '4 dwellings Loeswijk' with identification number NL.IMRO.1771.WPLoeswijkWijz-VA01.

Advisory note settlement agreement WvG Huisartsenpraktijk de Kleine Dommel

Huisartsenpraktijk de Kleine Dommel has lodged an appeal against the Municipalities Preferential Rights Act on their plot at Dommeldalseweg 3. The Wvg was established by the city council in June 2021 for the entire post office location, including this plot. The GPs believe that the original agreement between the GPs themselves and between the GPs takes precedence over the municipal decision to establish a right of first refusal. After the court hearing, agreement was still reached with the GPs, making a court ruling unnecessary.

The college decides to approve the attached settlement agreement signed by the GPs.

Advisory note_view budget MRE 2025

The Executive Board of the MRE has sent the draft 2025 budget to the councils for their perusal and invites the councils to submit their views on it. A draft opinion has been prepared. The proposal to you is to submit it to the council.

The college decides:
1. To approve the draft view on the draft MRE 2025 budget;
2. To submit the council proposal 'View on MRE 2025 budget' to the city council for decision.

Board proposal drafting neighborhood report Kerkakkers and Coevering natural gas-free and next steps

Under the guidance of consulting firms, neighborhood residents from Coevering and Kerkakkers researched the alternatives to natural gas in these neighborhoods and Map the obstacles that residents experience in becoming more sustainable. The study resulted in a technical-financial analysis and a neighborhood report with recommendations for the municipality to include in the neighborhood implementation plans. This council information letter tells you what the next steps are.

The college decides:
1. To approve the council information letter;
2. To take note of the technical-financial analysis and neighborhood report;
3. To forward these to the council.

College proposal mandate decision on debt relief

With the entry into force of the Municipal Debt Assistance Act (Wgs) 2021, the registration of debt assistance has been made mandatory. The NVVK, together with BKR and VNG, has reached agreements on a new set-up of the registrations. BKR's position is that all municipalities need a separate connection regarding the Wgs registration. The municipality of Geldrop- Mierlo has outsourced (parts of) the implementation of the Wgs. This is outsourced until December 31, 2023 to Kredietbank Nederland and from January 1, 2024 to Verder Financiële Zorgverlening B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Verder BV"). For this reason, a new mandate decree should be issued to Verder BV.

The college decides to approve the mandate decision on debt assistance Geldrop-Mierlo to Verder BV.

Advisory note didam publication 13x social housing Land map

Housing foundation Compaen will build 13 social housing units at 't Landkaartje in Luchen. The purchase agreement between the municipality and Compaen was signed in December 2023 and the environmental permit was granted this month. The final step that remains to be taken is to publish the decision under the Didam judgment with the intention to sell the land.

The college decides to approve publication of the intention to sell land to 't Landkaartje for the construction of 13 social housing units to Compaen according to guidelines of the Didam judgment.
