The decision list of the public college meeting of March 12, 2024 is adopted accordingly.
New amended proposals regarding gymnasium Strabrecht are added.

Written questions SAMEN on renovation of housing Joris van Spilbergenstraat et al.

SAMEN has submitted written questions about the renovation of the rental housing on Joris van Spilbergen Street et al. These questions are answered in the appendix.

The college decides to approve the responses to SAMEN's written questions.

Advisory note Stichting Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop, additional grant

Stichting Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop requests to increase the structural contribution in the capital costs of the renovation petting zoo due to price increases. From January 2021 the foundation will receive a structural contribution of € 7,500 for the renovation of the children's farm. This is part of the subsidy for a period of 20 years. This amount is based on 2020 data. Meanwhile, the foundation has reached the point where the actual renovation has started and they are faced with higher costs. They propose to double the allocated contribution to € 15,000.00 per year for a period of 20 years.

The college decides to agree to the request to increase the structural contribution of € 7,500, - per year for 20 years (starting in 2021) to € 15,000, - per year for 10 years starting in 2024, with the caveat that an interim test will be conducted to ensure that this subsidy does not conflict with the possible equity of the foundation. This change will be included in the first interim report 2024. In 2034 there will be another review of whether an extension of the subsidy is necessary.

Advisory note objecting to denial of compensation

The objector objected to our decision to deny compensation for planning damages.

The college decides to declare the objection unfounded and uphold our original decision.

Advisory Note Clarifying Subsidy Scheme to make sports and welfare facilities more sustainable

Your college has adopted on December 12, 2023 the "Policy rule subsidy sustainable sports and welfare accommodations Geldrop-Mierlo 2024-2026". Meanwhile, the first applications have been submitted and as a result, a number of issues have been identified that we want to regulate with the adjustment of the subsidy regulation.

The college decides:
1. To approve the amendment decision Beleidsregel subsidie verduurzamen sport- en welzijnsaccommodaties Geldrop-Mierlo 2024-2026.
2. To apply the hardship clause and grant the subsidy request of TPV De Mast for the installation of LED lighting at the tennis courts.
3. To propose to the council at the first interim report to withdraw € 50,000 from the sustainability reserve and with this to increase the subsidy ceiling for 2024 on a one-time basis.

MFA catering the Weijer

The hospitality area at sports hall de Weijer has been vacant for quite some time. Attempts have been made to find an operator over the past six months. This was not successful. The MFA has indicated that it wants to be the manager, in order to meet the needs of the associations and also to offer more space to associations that sometimes have no place in the MFA for their activities. This proposal requires agreement on two parts. The para commercial part, so that MFA can be the operator and request an additional subsidy for this. And the commercial part, a feasibility study will be conducted by an independent agency.

The college decides:
1. To agree to the operation of the catering area by MFA de Weijer as an additional location;
2. To agree to a one-time additional subsidy to MFA Mierlo of €13,000 to bring the catering section of the Weijer up to standard;
3. To agree to the quote for the feasibility study for commercial catering, cost 3327.50 euro.
