3 | Advisory note on refinancing as of 7-7-2025 By 7-7-2025, the 5-year bullet loan of €25 million with BNG must be repaid. We want to refinance this into a 10-year linear loan. In the amount of this new loan we will take into account (part of) the cash loan running as of 7-7-2025 so that the amount of the new loan can deviate from € 25 million. We want to finance future investments in the first instance with cash loans and, taking into account the cash limit, convert them in time into (a) long-term loan(s). The college decides to repay the bullet loan of €25 million by 7-7-2025 plus (part of) the then current cash loan by taking out a 10-year linear loan. |
4 | Advisory note RES MRE 2025 progress report. In the Regional Energy Strategy (RES) 1.0, 21 MRE municipalities together with the province, water boards and grid operator Enexis have agreed on ambitions. Every 2 years progress on these ambitions must be reported to the National Program Regional Energy Strategy (NP RES), including this year 2025. The college decides: |
