New lots on sale at Luchen
It is expected that 13 self-build lots will go on sale in Luchen in mid-April! The 13 lots are located in subarea Luchen 3a. An earlier publication stated that interested parties could make an offer. This was not correct. For this we apologize. The lots are offered at fixed land prices and therefore not sold by auction.
Plot Passport
The municipality has recently been working on plot passports, which show at a glance the building options for each plot. These are plots for detached houses with one storey and a roof. The plot sizes range from ± 300 m2 to ± 750 m2.
There are two lots intended to build a semi-detached house on them. For example, have you had the desire for a long time to build and occupy a semi-detached house together with an acquaintance? Then this is your chance!
Procedure
In the second quarter this year, you are expected to find these plot passports (including the fixed land prices of the plots), the explanation of the procedure and the necessary forms on the Luchen page. There you will also find a number of documents about the Luchen 3a subarea. You will have three weeks from then (exact date to follow)
to indicate if you are interested in a specific plot. At the moment several interested parties have registered for the same plot, a draw will take place. In the case of the semi-detached house, you register as a couple.
The exact date of start of sale, will be communicated soon through various channels.
