The Event Coordination Team (CTE) will help you with the rules and possibilities!

Because events are important for the cosiness and attractiveness of our municipality, we are happy with all event organizers who often do this in their spare time!

To improve our services and to support you in organizing an event, the CTE was founded. In the CTE, the forces are bundled to help you get started quickly and there is enough knowledge to think along with you.

The CTE emerged from the policy choices for events established by the council in December 2024. The event coordination team has now started and consists of municipal employees with various backgrounds such as Permits, Liveability and Safety, Traffic, the Field Service, Subsidy and Inclusion and Recreation & Tourism. 

Organizers, but also residents and companies can contact the CTE for questions about traffic plans, for example, but also for complaints about nuisance caused by an event. You can reach the CTE by email via CTE@geldrop-mierlo.nl .
