Procedure

You will have the opportunity to register for your preferred lot from April 22 through May 20, 2025. You can register for multiple lots. You do this at the notary appointed by the municipality. The exact process explanation including the details of the notary and the plot passports with exact measurements (from about 300 m2 to about 750 m2), fixed plot prices and building possibilities can be found on this website of Luchen from April 17.

To be clear: the lots will be offered at fixed land prices and not by auction! The moment several interested parties have applied for the same lot, a draw will take place.
