A temporary construction road will be built for construction traffic for the Skandia Elementary School development. The temporary construction road will run from Reed Street parallel to Beemd Street and a portion of Ziggen Street to the Skandia school. The work involves the installation of a rubble pavement, asphalt road and a parking facility near the school site. Implementation is expected to last until early May.
