White goods scheme
On Oct. 21, 2025, the municipality adopted the 2025 white goods regulation.
This allows low-income residents to replace their energy-intensive white goods with an energy-efficient refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, or dryer.
If you are eligible for the 2025 white goods scheme, you will receive a green voucher. This is a type of credit voucher that you can exchange for a sustainable white goods appliance. There are Requirements, such as how high your income can be and where you can spend the green voucher.
Receiving a green voucher by mail
If we have already determined that you meet the Requirements the 2025 white goods scheme, you will have received the green voucher by mail. This is the case, for example, if you made use of an income support scheme such as special assistance in 2025 or if you Social assistance benefit in 2025. Our list of residents who are entitled to the green voucher is based on our own records.
If you have not received a letter with the green voucher but believe that you doRequirements the (income)Requirements , you can submit an application for the white goods scheme below.
You must meet the following Requirements:
- Your (combined) income is less than 120% of the social assistance standard (see Table 1).
- Your power must not exceed that indicated in Table 2.
