The vehicle was found in violation of Article 5 of the Road Traffic Act which caused danger or nuisance on the public road. Pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipal Law and the General Administrative Law Act, we removed the vehicle. The vehicle will be stored temporarily. The costs for its removal and storage are for the owner.
