Objections Committee meeting Oct. 13
On Monday, Oct. 13, the Objections Committee will meet at City Hall during a public hearing.
On the agenda are the following matters for consideration at a public hearing:
6:30 pm:
The objection directed against the council decision of April 16, 2025 to provisionally designate the parcel of land, cadastral municipality Geldrop-Mierlo, section D, number 5938, locally known as Heuvel 84-89, as land subject to a preferential right. The council perpetuated the provisional preferential right on June 23, 2025.
7 pm:
The objection directed against the college decision of July 18, 2025 to disregard the application for an environmental permit for the installation of a dormer on the front flat roof of the house at 110 Bisschop van Mierlostraat in Mierlo.
7:30 pm:
The objection directed against the college decision of July 9, 2025 to expand the stakeholder parking lot at Laarstraat in Geldrop.
