The role of team manager

As team manager, you are the link between strategy and execution. Together with your team, you set the course, stimulate development and cooperation, and translate social and organizational issues into concrete actions. You give direction and space, so that professionals can grow in their profession and make optimal use of their qualities. You do not see the administrative dynamics as a burden, but as a challenge: with your sensitivity and firmness you bridge the gap between management and organization. You translate administrative wishes and signals into feasible actions and clear frameworks, and bring expertise from the organization clearly back to the board. Even under pressure, you know how to maintain course and calm and give your team direction with conviction.

What can you expect from us

  • A salary of up to €7,128 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week) depending on your education and experience (salary level October 1, 2025)
  • Individual choice budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary
  • Variable working hours
  • Favorable pension fund and compensation for furnishing your home office.
  • You will also have access to a phone and laptop, and electric bicycles are available for work appointments.
  • An employment contract for the duration of one year with the prospect of permanent employment.
