Your challenge
As a Real Estate Management Employee, you play a key role in maintaining, improving and future-proofing our municipal real estate portfolio. You ensure that everything is correct - technically, financially and organizationally. Whether it concerns major maintenance, installations or renovation projects: you are in control.
You are involved in projects resulting from the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) from the start. You draw up project budgets, identify risks and make adjustments where necessary. You coordinate and supervise complex maintenance activities and are responsible for contract management. In addition, Health you for the preparation and execution of demolition and renovation projects.
You advise on the approach to building management, draw up clear reports and provide input for updating the MJOP. You monitor the quality and efficiency of maintenance, monitor contracts and manage policy frameworks. You coordinate projects and activities, switch smoothly between colleagues, users, contractors and managers and ensure that all parties involved are properly connected. In this way, you contribute to our buildings meeting today's requirements and being prepared for the future. You work closely with your colleagues from real estate management.

The Spatial Development team consists of a group of enthusiastic colleagues who work on sustainability, waste, property management, environmental permits, and spatial planning legal matters. We offer space, trust, and enjoyment in our work. You will be given a lot of freedom and collegiality.
What can you expect from us
- A salary of up to €5,033 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week), depending on your education and experience (salary level January 1, 2026).
- Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary

Who are you?
You have experience with building management, construction management or technology (for example construction, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering), and an MBO or HBO education in that direction. You have substantive knowledge of maintenance and technology, and can translate this into practical implementation within municipal real estate. You switch effortlessly between colleagues, contractors, users and administrators, can advise well and have a feeling for administrative relationships.
In addition:
- Do you have sufficient knowledge of the subject matter and are you able to translate annual plans into concrete maintenance projects?
- Do you have knowledge of specifications and starting point documents (such as Stabu) and can you translate them well?
- Can you independently initiate, coordinate and successfully complete projects?
- Do you work accurately, independently and do you know how to set priorities?
