Job opening: Access Officer
(scale 9, 24–36 hours)
This week, I started by answering phone calls from residents who had questions about the Social Support Act, the Youth Act, and minimum income policy. I also had a number of face-to-face conversations during walk-in consultation hours, during which I worked with residents to find the best solutions. Between meetings, I consulted with colleagues about complex cases and responded to urgent emails. I also worked with professionals, such as general practitioners and schools, to provide appropriate assistance and guidance. The variety in my work keeps me sharp and engaged. At the end of the week, I look back on a week in which I was able to make a real difference for residents."
